Do I need an account to shop with you?

You don’t need and account to make a purchase, you can checkout as guest.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Do I need a PayPal account to shop with you?

Not at all. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. When you’re redirected to the PayPal website during checkout, you will be given the option to pay with a credit or debit card.

How do I access to my  store credit ?

You will receive an email notification as soon as your account has been credited.

I found an item I love, but I don't see my size.

It is very likely that we did have your size at one time, but it has sold out. To find out if we can get your size in, please contact us and our customer service team will look into it for you.
